Bright apartment with an exceptional location, ideal for enjoying the historic center in the very heart of Málaga. It offers wonderful views of the famous Plaza de Uncibay, one of the city’s most vibrant spots, surrounded by restaurants, shops and places of interest. Only 3 minutes’ walk from the Picasso Museum. It has two bedrooms (equipped with strong double-glazed windows to reduce noise), a bathroom, a kitchen with a sunny balcony, and a living-dining room with a large picture window. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating.

It has two double bedrooms, both fitted with powerful double-glazed windows for noise insulation. The living room offers a smart TV, dining table and sofa. This spacious and very bright area has large windows with unique views of Plaza de Uncibay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and a sunny balcony. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (hot/cold). The building has an elevator.

–Plaza de Uncibay:

This bright accommodation is right in the historic center of the city, two minutes’ walk from Plaza de la Merced and three minutes from the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum. An ideal location to enjoy the city atmosphere, shopping streets, restaurants, and the most important monuments and museums of Málaga.

–Services:

The apartment provides every comfort for guests: washing machine, Smart TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron, baby cot, etc. Free Wi-Fi and internet. Air conditioning hot/cold. Guests have access to an exclusive free (non-hospital) medical assistance service during their stay.

–Getting around:

Exceptionally located in the center of Málaga, just three minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the Picasso Museum. Supermarkets, fashion shops and popular restaurants are nearby. Easy access from the airport and the main bus and train stations. The Muelle Heredia bus station and main city bus stops are about a 12-minute walk away. Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is around 17 minutes on foot, allowing quick access to the airport.

–Things to note:

IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in the historic center, close to bars and clubs. Although the bedrooms have strong double-glazed windows that block noise very effectively, they may not be sufficient for extremely noise-sensitive people.

ELEVATOR: The building has an elevator, but there are a few steps to reach it, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, including at the windows. Smoking is permitted only on the kitchen balcony.

CHECK-IN: Arrival from 3:00 p.m., but we will do our best to welcome guests at their preferred time upon request.

PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal’s well-being and any damage caused. House and community rules must be observed. A cleaning fee of €20 per pet will be charged on arrival. We can provide a bed and food/water bowls upon request.
