It offers a privileged vantage point to watch the Easter processions go by. Just a two-minute walk from Calle Larios, the most famous street in Málaga’s center. Ideal for walking to all the city’s monuments, museums, and attractions, as well as its most iconic corners. Situated in a building with an elevator.

–Balcones de San Juan:
Two small balconies with marvelous views of the Church of San Juan’s towered façade, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks. The apartment also stands out for its carefully planned architecture, especially the ceiling design inspired by origami: paper-like folds visually and spatially connect all the rooms. The dynamic ceiling varies in height as you move through the apartment, creating a continuous flow, expanding or compressing the spaces. The design merges the local architectural tradition with a contemporary concept that enhances the sense of openness and movement.
On one side of the small street is the Church of San Juan; on the other, the lively Plaza de Camas, known for its cafés, restaurants, and children’s play area. Only two minutes on foot from the historic Atarazanas Market and four minutes from the famous Calle Larios. From the balconies you can enjoy a privileged view of some of Málaga’s most renowned Holy Week processions.

Exceptionally located in Málaga’s city center. Just steps from all monuments and museums (2 minutes from the Carmen Thyssen Museum and Atarazanas Market, and only 4 minutes from Calle Larios). Close to supermarkets, fashion stores, and popular restaurants. Easy access from the airport and from the main bus and train stations.

–Good to know:
IMPORTANT: The street can be lively, especially on weekends and holidays, and some noise may be heard.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., but we will do our best to welcome you at any time upon request.
PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal’s well-being and any damage caused. House and community rules must be followed. A cleaning fee of €20 per pet will be charged on arrival. We can provide a pet bed and food/water bowls upon request.
