The master bedroom features a double bed and opens onto a small terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds. The spacious living room provides access to another small terrace. Located in the Central District, close to the popular Carretería Street and one of the citys most popular historical markets, the Salamanca Market, with its beautiful monumental façade. Walking distance to all museums, monuments, and the main streets of the center. Fully equipped, it has air conditioning (cold/heat) in the living room and bedrooms. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, smart TV, and free WIFI.

FEATURES:

The apartment has a cozy living room with a smart TV and a sofa bed, which gives access to a small terrace. The spacious and bright kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee maker, etc. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a small terrace, and another bedroom with two single beds. The living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning (cold/heat). The apartment also includes a washing machine and an iron.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils.

The apartment offers high-quality WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for our guests: air conditioning (cold/heat) in the living room and both bedrooms. It is also equipped with a washing machine, hairdryer, smart TV, iron, and all the necessary comforts for a couple, a group of friends, or a family.

MALAGA CITY CENTER:

Exceptionally located in the Central District, in the area of the popular Carretería Street, at the gateway to the citys most touristy area, and close to the Salamanca Market, one of the city#39;s most important historical markets, with its impressive neo-Mudejar monumental façade. Walking distance to all the citys museums, monuments, and attractions. The area has numerous local shops and supermarkets.

HOW TO GET AROUND:

It is within walking distance of all monuments and museums near the historic Salamanca Market and the Rando Museum, as well as the popular Carretería Street. It is easy to reach from the airport and from the central bus and train stations.

THINGS TO NOTE:

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the EcoFriendly certification requirements of Olédays.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, only on the two terraces.

CHECK IN: Check innbsp;is from 3:00 PM, but we strive to accommodate our guests at their requested time upon request.

PETS: Pets are welcome; the owners will be responsible for the animals welfare and any damages they may cause. House and community rules must be observed. A cleaning fee of €20 per pet will be charged upon arrival. We can provide a bed and feeding bowl upon request.
