Exceptional apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite), in the heart of Malaga. Nice and very bright, with an unbeatable location to enjoy the historic center, in one of the best known streets of the city, very close to the famous Uncibay square, less than 6 minutes walk from the Picasso Museum, 7 minutes walk from the Cathedral and a 6-minute walk from the emblematic Calle Larios. It has two beautiful balconies facing the street. It is a very bright house, with beautiful marble flooring, which has three bedrooms, one of which stands out for its large bed (180x200cm), which also has an en-suite bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine. It has a work desk and free WIFI (high speed fiber optic, 1000 megabytes, 1GB) and smart TV. It also has ceiling fans in the living room and in all the bedrooms. The two main bedrooms also have hot/cold air conditioning.



Characteristic:


Spacious apartment with three bedrooms, one of them with a superkind bed and an en-suite bathroom, it has a balcony facing the street. The other bedrooms overlook the beautiful interior patio, one with a double bed (150x200cm) and the other with a trundle bed with two single beds (90x200). The living-dining room has a smart TV and a record player, and is open to a nice balcony overlooking the street. The kitchen is large and very well equipped, with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to cook. It is on a second floor with an elevator.



–In the heart of Malaga:


It is a spacious and very bright accommodation, located on a well-known street in the historic center. It has two beautiful balconies from which to look out onto the street or sit down to read or have a drink. Everything important is close. Plaza de Uncibay is less than two minutes away on foot, the Picasso Museum, Plaza de la Merced are less than 6 minutes away on foot, and all the museums, monuments and main streets of the city can be visited on foot. It is an ideal location to enjoy the museums, walks, gardens and monuments of the center. Nearby are also the most popular shopping streets, restaurants, taverns and cafes where life and the most genuine and cosmopolitan atmosphere take place in the center.


From the balconies you can enjoy some of the beautiful processions of the Semana Santa in Malaga

The apartment has all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, smart TV, kettle, hair dryer, iron, cot and high chair for babies, etc. Free WIFI, high-speed internet (optical fiber of 1,000 megabytes, 1 GB).


Guests have an exclusive free medical care (non-hospital) service during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.



–How to move:


It is exceptionally located, in the center of Malaga. It is one step away from all the monuments and museums. It is also close to supermarkets, fashion stores, and the most popular restaurants. It is easy to get to from the airport and from the central bus and train stations. Just a 13-minute walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station and the stops of the main urban bus lines. The Málaga Centro-Alameda train station is also about a 15-minute walk away, so you can quickly reach the airport and the Málaga-María Zambrano Station.



–To consider:


This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification. It has also been awarded the distinctive 'Tourism Quality Commitment'.


NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building, it is only allowed in the patio and on the outside balconies.


CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.


PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming allergic guests. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
