Bright and spacious three bedroom apartment. The sunny terrace has beautiful views of the sea and the famous Obey and D*Face murals behind the Center for Contemporary Art (CAC). Its location is exceptional, in a quiet area of ​​the trendy district of the center of Malaga, known as Soho, the Arts Quarter, and 5 minutes walk from the Soho Theater of Antonio Banderas. It has a large kitchen, very well equipped, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. Its beautiful terrace stands out, from which you can enjoy privileged views. Very suitable for couples, groups of friends and families.

–CHARACTERISTICS:

It has a spacious living room with a nice terrace. It has a large, fully equipped kitchen. It has two bathroom. All three bedrooms are light and airy, two of them overlooking the spectacular Obey and D*Face murals. It is an ideal apartment to live the intense cultural life of the center, and particularly in the Soho area, but without suffering the noise of the city. Quiet, comfortable and sunny.

–SERVICES:

The apartment is fully equipped, it has WIFI internet connection and all the comforts for the use of our guests: air conditioning, heating, TV, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer, iron, baby cot, etc.

Guests have exclusive access to a complimentary medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay.


–SOHO, NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE ARTS:

It is located next to the Contemporary Art Center, the soul of Soho, the Arts Quarter; and just 5 minutes walk from the Alameda Principal, the emblematic promenade from where Calle Larios starts and from which you can access the popular Atarazanas Market. Also a 5-minute walk away is the Soho Caixa Bank Theater, by Antonio Banderas. It also highlights its excellent communication with the airport (Cercanías train station 1 minute walk) and Ave station (10 minute walk). Its special location allows you to enjoy the historic center, the port, traditional Malaga and also the most current.

–HOW TO MOVE:

It is exceptionally located in the trendy neighborhood of the city center. All monuments, theaters and museums are within walking distance. Just a minute walk from the Malaga-Centro Alameda train station, from which you can quickly reach the airport and different areas of the Costa del Sol, and 10 minutes walk from the Malaga María Zambrano train station and the bus station. Also less than 10 minutes walk away is the Muelle Heredia bus station, and the beautiful promenade of the Port, known as the Palm Grove of surprises.

–TO CONSIDER:

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the Olédays EcoFriendly certification requirements, and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification. It has also been awarded the distinctive 'Tourism Quality Commitment'

NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. But smoking is allowed on the terrace.

CHECK IN: Arrival at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we strive to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request.

PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €20 will be charged for each pet for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming guests allergic. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request.
